RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, this section provides clear information regarding the right of withdrawal.

TimeAPP products are made to order and individually manufactured according to the specifications selected by the customer and the additional specifications requested and confirmed by email before the product is manufactured.

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Therefore, for TimeAPP products made to order or personalised according to the customer’s specifications, the right of withdrawal for change of mind does not apply.

This exclusion does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in the event of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product.
