On our web site you can buy one or more products, we will show you price, delivery terms and payment methods.Your order will be received by TAM Srls that will accept it after a verifying process that will check it. If for any reason you delete your order before shipment no cost will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

TimeAPP products are made to order and individually produced according to the specifications selected and confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase.

Each product is manufactured specifically for the customer’s order according to the selected configuration, which may include the chosen letter, number or symbol, bracelet type and size, material, gemstone and other requested specifications.

For this reason, where a product is made to the customer’s specifications or is clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the applicable national legislation implementing such Directive.

Accordingly, once an order for a made-to-order or personalised product has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged merely because the customer has changed their mind.

This exclusion does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in the event that the product is defective, damaged, does not conform to the order, or is otherwise covered by the applicable legal guarantee.

If a product sold by TimeAPP is not made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the applicable statutory consumer withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

PRICE and AVAILABITLY

All prices areVAT included.Our product are hand made, we do not guaratee to respect any delivery term. Once we get your order in case of any problem, we will contact you. We do check our prices on our site, but some errors could happen. If any product price is wrong we will contact you soon, and give you possibility to cancel it without any cost or proceed with a new order with correct price.

CUSTOM

If you buy outside Italy you could be asked to pay some duties. We do not have an idea of ammount of this duties, please check at your local custom for any further information.

GUARANTEE AND LIMIT OF OUR RESPONSABILITY

We guaratee our product for 2 years from delivery date. In case of any problem you have to contact us within 60 days. In any production problem is case of guaratee you could ask for a new item, We do not have any responsability for any delay on shipment. Our product images shown on our site is for promotional purpose only, we do not have any responsability for non revelant differences.

LAW AND DISPUTE

Any dispute will be deferred to Milan Court and will be regolated by the Italian Law.
